This policy describes how Montgomery Appworks LLC (“we”) handles information in Appworks Compliance Tracker. The business address is 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. Contact support@montgomeryappworks.com.
What we store
Account information: your name, email address, and a password hash if you set a password. Workspace information: organization name, workspace type, reminder settings, and the role of each member. Tracked-party information: names, emails, phone numbers, trade, and state, which you enter for subcontractors, employees, or your company. Documents: the file you upload (PDF or image), the type, issuer, number, effective date, and expiry date. Operations: reminder records, upload-link tokens, and review decisions.
Why
We use this information to run the tracker you signed up for: show what is valid, expiring, or expired; send reminder email to the addresses you configure; let a subcontractor or employee upload a replacement through a link; and bill the workspace if you subscribe. This version does not send text messages. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
The local build stores files on the server disk and writes email to a development log instead of delivering it. A hosted deployment may use a database host, object storage, an email provider, and RevenueCat for subscriptions. Those processors receive only what is required to perform that job. Text messages are not part of this version. We do not create vendor accounts on your behalf from this application.
How long, and deletion
Workspace data stays until an owner deletes the workspace, or until the last remaining member deletes their account when they are the sole member. Account deletion removes the user, sessions, and memberships. If you are the only person in a workspace, deleting the account deletes that workspace, its parties, documents, and stored files. You can do both from inside the product. You may also email support@montgomeryappworks.com.
Public upload links
An update link is a secret URL. Anyone with the link can upload a file for that party until it expires or a member revokes it. Uploads wait in a review queue. Do not forward a link to anyone who should not see the request.
