Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Appworks Compliance Tracker, operated by Montgomery Appworks LLC, 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. Questions go to support@montgomeryappworks.com.
The service
The product helps an organization track expiry dates for compliance documents, including certificates of insurance, licenses, and continuing-education records. It sends email reminders you configure and accepts replacement files through expiring links. This version does not send text messages. It is not a construction ERP, a payroll system, an insurance broker, or a law firm. It does not check a state license database in this version. Dates and files are only as current as what you and your counterparties upload.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide a real email you control. Workspace owners manage members, billing, and deletion. Members can track parties and documents. You are responsible for who you invite and for the accuracy of party contact details. Do not upload documents you do not have a right to store.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and lists you upload. You give us permission to store, display, and transmit them so the product can function, including showing a file to members of your workspace and accepting a replacement through a link you issue. You can delete a workspace or your account in the product, and that deletion removes the stored records described in the Privacy Policy.
Trials and plans
Published prices are Starter at $29 per month (up to 25 parties), Pro at $59 per month (up to 100), and Business at $99 per month (up to 300), billed monthly. Seat limits are listed on the pricing page and in the plan catalog. A 7-day trial applies to first-time subscribers only. No guarantee against fines or lost work
Reminders can fail, dates can be entered wrong, and a state can change a rule. The state-rule catalog is starter reference data you can edit. You remain responsible for confirming license status, insurance, and continuing education with the issuing authority or carrier. The product is provided as-is, without a warranty that it will prevent a fine, a rejected bid, or a stop-work order.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send reminders to people you have no relationship with, or to probe the product for someone else’s data. We may suspend a workspace that threatens the service or other customers.
Law
